The first section will have your personal information, including your full name, your country of birth, your date of birth, and your country of citizenship. The second section will include information about the school that is issuing the I-20 form. This is where you will find the school code. Below that, you will see information about what you plan to study and when. There will be a section near the bottom that shows the school’s estimation of the average cost per term, as well as your financial information showing that you can support yourself for the duration of your study. You and a school official will both need to sign the bottom of the I-20 form to make it official.
