Transfer Process

Transferring to AELS is easy and comes with great benefits. Just like our overseas application, it only takes a few steps to complete. First, head over to our admissions page on our website then look for the "Transfer Students" section. There, you'll find three short steps. Download and fill up our transfer application. Have your most current copy of your passport, proof of the highest level of education completed, and a certificate of your or your sponsor's bank balance (must have $26,400 or more). Since you're transferring from another school, you should already have a copy of your most current F-1 visa and I-20 form. Submit all the necessary documents to our admissions email and pay the $100 processing fee. Once your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive your acceptance letter and a SEVIS I-20 Transfer Form via email. Complete the SEVIS I-20 Transfer Form and submit it, along with your AELS acceptance letter to your current language school. You will be transferred through SEVIS based on our letter and Transfer Form. Your I-20 will be then officially issued by AELS. We look forward to seeing you!
