Hello! My name is Rebecca Hawkins! I studied English Literature and English Grammar at California State University, Fullerton, and completed my TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification to strengthen my skills as an educator.

For the past eight years, I have worked as an ELL instructor, teaching English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and conversational skills to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am passionate about creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident expressing themselves in English, and I especially enjoy learning about their cultures while sharing aspects of American culture in return.

In my free time, I love to read, cook, and spend time with my friends and family.
