Victoria E.

My name is Victoria Espinoza, and I am honored to be a part of the AELS community. I have a BA in Psychology from William Smith College and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers' College, Columbia University with a focus on adult learning and instructional systems design.

I have experience teaching diverse groups of learners, from young children to adults, with an emphasis on communicative language teaching. As a former ESL student myself, I have a deep appreciation for uniqueness and diverse nature of learning challenges of my students.

I am committed to implementing a student-centered teaching approach and strive to create an accepting and welcoming classroom environment. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my three children, my husband, and our dog. We love to travel and explore the wonders of the US national parks.
